Citrus Master

Description

Behold, the zippy zester has finally arrived! We're delighted to bring you the Citrus Master, which so many marmalade fans have been waiting for. What a time-saver it will be – clamp on to your work surface, attach the fruit and turn the handle… thanks to the precison geared cogs, off comes the zest in a single piece, leaving all the pith behind. It has to be tried to be believed! Just as good for limes or lemons for limoncello – simply adjust the blade to suit.
