The Ankarsrum complete bundle includes:

Ankarsrum Assistent Original Stand Mixer

Pasta roller

Spaghetti and fettuccine attachments

Grain mill – mill your own flour for home baking

Blender – for soups, smoothies and crushed ice

Vegetable shredder – ideal for slaws and stir fries

Citrus juicer – for freshly squeezed juice

Ice cream maker – makes 1.5L of ice cream or sorbet

Stainless steel bowl – for whipped cream and Italian meringue

Mincer – for meatballs, burgers and fishcakes

The Ankarsrum stand mixer is designed to mimic hand kneading. Unlike conventional mixers, the bowl rotates at the same time as the hook or paddle. It can handle stiff and heavy mixtures without overheating or overworking them.

The large steel bowl can accommodate up to 5kg of dough. It’s perfect for batch cooking and feeding a crowd. For such a powerful machine, it’s surprisingly quiet and stable on your counter. You can even set a timer for hands-off mixing.

With so many attachments to choose from, you may never need another gadget! This clever mixer makes light work of everyday food preparation. Use it to whip up a batch of brownies or make a golden sourdough loaf. It has everything you need to master the art of spaghetti, gelato and frozen cocktails.
