The patented ceramic-based Thermolon Marathon coating gives superb release, is PFOA-free, can withstand far higher temperatures than regular non-stick surfaces and will never flake, blister or peel.
Versatile
A tough, forged aluminium exterior gives excellent heat conductivity for even cooking on all hobs, including induction, and its riveted stainless steel handles mean it’s also oven safe up to 250°C.
